Passport Renewal
In order for us to process your passport for you, we must receive the following information: Note: In order for us to do a Renewal for you your passport must have been issued within the past 15 years or less and you had to be 16 years of age or older. If you are leaving the country within 4 business days...please click here for detailed instructions. Requirements 1) DSP-82 amendment form(print out and fill in blanks) 2) Your expired passport. 3)
4) 2 Passport Photographs taken by a passport photographer. 5) Government Fee - $135.00 6) If you need a passport within 10 business days, then you will also need proof of departure, which will be ONE of the following: a) copy of airline tickets or b) travel itinerary or c) company letter of expedite (sample) 7) Please fill out the order form and print a copy to send to us inside your Federal Express Priority Overnight.
